I bought brand new A 10M very recently and had not more than 30 hours of different prints time to time. for the last I put on a print and after about one hour I left the premises. and came back around three hours later. The printer has stopped working. just the switch of the power supply was illuminated and the screen has gone. I re switched it and nothing happened. the display was still not powering on and no sound near the maincontroller. what is this. please help.

No fan spinning in psu?
If not check power cable or psu is broken
If it is turning messure power output from psu.
And then go from there. Is main board getting power. Yes / no and so on

This happened to me as well with my A10M. I ended up having to replace my motherboard.

I had the same thing happen. Check voltage coming out of power supply. My psu light would come on but not put any dc out. Needed new one. They replaced under warranty. But they are cheap. I’d recommend a meanwell 15-20a 24volt

Sounds like something is toast on mine also. I was preheating the PLA to remove it from the hotend and randomly the entire printer just stops working. All i have now is a red light with no psu fan or any fans running now... Will be troubleshooting this tomorrow and take it apart even further. Display shows nothing also... Big paper weight now

It seems to be common for these geeetech power supplies to go out. Just make sure that’s what it is first. I’ve seen boards go bad and cause same issues. Take a multimeter to the two wires coming out of power supply for dc power. Should be about 24vdc. If your smart I’d just order a meanwell 15-20amp off amazon prime install and forget about it. There’s a few, get the one that looks identical. So the mounting holes match

To be sure it was not the power supply I hooked my friends identical 24v power supply up, and that made no difference. Exact same issue as before. Trying to get more answers from geetech but once response by email takes about 2 weeks. YAY.... Trying to also source a mulimeter to test some more things. Someone help us!

Hopefully all wires are connected securely to board. If it’s under warranty I’d tell them the board went bad and get a new one! Boards are about 35$ if not. Need to diagnose with multimeter if you plan on fixing yourself tho. Luckily it was just my power supply that went out. Wish I could help out more

I think you should use the multimeter to check it at first.
I think maybe the PSU broken or your printer have a short circuit.
