Post by Gredon » Tue Jan 15, 2019 8:58 pm

Hi,

I've just receive my new A10 and I've got several quality issues  .

First : the printhead is moving in all position even if I put the eccentric in the highest position => the printhead structure seem to be twist (see picture)

Second when I move the bed at several position the bed not move smoothly. I've seen in this video [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xywoLFzn66A at 2:20 the issue seems to be due to "bump" and bed wheel.

with theses two first issues I can't use the printer.

Geeetech team or someone can help me ? For me it's quality issues and warranty must be apply...

regards

I've fixed the first issue by disassemble all the printhead and bend the metal guide to have a straight line  . Now it's ok.

For the second issu I've not found any solution yet. I've played with eccentric but nothing, the bed still not moving smoothly and I've got a wobble effect

I've contact geeetech (I've bought printer on the official web site store) but for the moment no answer. I will try to have a new Y-guide and wheels under warranty and I hope Geeetech will accept :(
