I am ordering the A10 M soon. Do you recommend buying the wifi module too? Is USB or sd card enough??

Hi.

It is a matter of individual preferences.
Until now I've never printed SD card printing. ;)

But I will mount the WiFi module to my printer. (Own construction according to the project from the Internet.)
:D

I see the 3D Easy print app for Android is rated a 1.7 with awful reviews. Is that an accurate eval it is this the public being cranky?

Hi.

In my opinion, the truth always lies somewhere in the middle. ;)

What I can say personally is the fact that the module was incorrectly described (Little detail, and inaccurate) in the company's shop. This is an advanced design, but it has features different from those expected by users.
Many people after purchasing the module found out that they did not expect such functionality of the module.
For me this is the main drawback.

The product is interesting, but it does not have the functionality I would have wished for.

You are correct.
I won't suggest others use the 3dwifi module at now(For my personal point)
I will use the Octoprint+camera for it.It will cost a little more but you will be happy later.
;)

I think I should be honest about it.
