Plate issues

Hello community,
I have a question regarding the plate from the Geeetech A10m 3D printer. Is this plate suppose to be loose to the base platform or fixed?
I mounted the machine yesterday and there is no instructions on how to assemble the plate. When I do the testing of the printer with the plate simply mounted on top of the base, it moves all over the place. I have watched several videos and in every video the plate seems to be fixed.
Before using any glue or fixing sth that has later no repair, I would like other users opinion on how to solve this. If I need to fix the plate what material, adhesive should I use? Is there maybe some screws that’s I have missed during my assembly? Is the plate suppose to be loose how I have it?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Ane
