Heres a link to stock firmware - marlin 1.1.8

Heres a topic that has in depth troubleshooting for this specific problem as well - temp troubleshooting I know the power supplies on these are very cheap, and have a tendency to crap out but luckily you can get better power supplies for these to alleviate issues.

These are cheap printers so hardware failure isn't out of the realm, and the nice thing is you can upgrade to better parts to reduce the chance of it happening again at the same time expanding the realm of capabilities with said printer.

Hello

Thankyou for the reply, i will have to look in to that forum post and see if i can spot anything from that.

do you have any recommendations to hardware manufacturer replacements for my A10 if it is faulty like the PSU?

Thanks

This is what I suggest to upgrade to, but do your research and decide what you want. But for 50 bucks you just cant go wrong with a Mean Well power supply. It gives you 350 watts so you definitely will have more than enough power, I think they maybe use at most 160 watts when they are printing so roughly what a graphics card does, so you can probably go lower. But the more robust of a power supply will allow you to upgrade and do more and plus the amazon you can get a nice warranty on the power supply, which is worth it, if your printing 24/7.
