i was able to print the test dog perfectly and now i'm getting under extrusion on every print even the test dog. i'm not sure why?

Sorry, the details you provided are not enough. I can't give you more advice.
You can refer to the following:
1. Check the gear rotation of the extruder
2. The spring pressure of the extruder
3. Please try to clean the nozzle
4. Check if the PTFE tube is deep into the throat
