A10 hangs when printing or heating the bed

My new Geeetech A10 is not working correctly.
I can level it correctly and everything seems to work well but when it goes to print it hangs, the led screen goes blank and stops working.
The same thing happens with a temperature test of the hotbed. I think the problem must be related to the feeding of the warm bed.
