Q. if you expect any 3d printer to just work out of the box you where mistaken.
A. I know that I had to do repairs when i got it and it had been working ok!
Q. if you find a broken part they will send you another under warranty.
A.Ha ha if your in china maybe and they dont claim warned or miss use and tech support on here is a joke!
Q.the problems you have are due to a lack of skill and your refusing to learn it is easier to blame everyone else.
A. (I would get banned if i put what i think of this comment) I have had a 3d printer for over 1 year which was working ok just never gave me the results i liked i saw two colour and desided to upgrade i would got back to old one but need printer to print a replacement braked that last one broke!
Q. 3d printing is inherently for tinkering if you expected push button = stuff, that's never going to happen.
A. I know that why do you think i own a copy of £150 printing software!
Q.i would also remind you that flaming like this is against the forum rules you are to contact a geeetech representative directly with your concerns.
perhaps you should present your problem in a logical and descriptive manor and someone here on the forums can suggest options.
A. They dont exist! (I will just take this to facebook and twitter then where customers are)
Q. fyi thermistors cost less then 1$ each on amazon you can get a pack of 5 heaters and thermistors for under 10$.
A. Yes why i am now having to drill out the screw that is holding it in

Welcome, gentlemen.
I see no reason to delete posts or topics.
Conversation is on a certain level, only this complaining is unnecessary.
I can say that GT printers require knowledge and some adjustments after purchase.
But it's good because you get the necessary knowledge faster.
Sometimes it can be tedious and require a lot of patience. But where else will you buy such cool equipment at such a low price?
Of course, you can always choose another brand - more expensive, and require from the manufacturer and his support thinking instead of you ...
No offense.
