No control with PC

I normally print via SD because I can't tie my PC up for hours. Last night I plugged in my USB cable and Win 10 saw it right away. Showed RAMPS(COM8) in device manager. I was thinking great this is going to be easy. Opened Simplify3D and tried to connect and was getting Error opening COM port. Double checked all my setting and still did not work. I tried to connect with Cura, EasyPrint, MatterControl, PrusaControl, Voxelizer 2, and all were the same result.
Problem fixed. Removed all USB serial drivers and reinstalled. Baud rate is 250000 not 115200 like the users manual says.
