1.In my first test,I set the wrong wires and it hit the heatbed.
Then I checked it and then it work.
2.For another printer,I tried to use the 3dtouch.
But it didn't work.I check the wires, the wires are correct. Then I replace the extension board. Then it works.
Maybe you can refer to it.

Would be nice if we got an official firmware with the proper build plate size of 240x240 so printing is centred on the plate. some other nice features include baby stepping and auto retract there simple to enable just uncomment them. aarli has documented these in there post
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... =20#p86025 there firmware ran really well some of the changes should be made official ^^.
Great work!

Hello William,
Hello vert,
i´m very new in 3d printing. i´ve bought an geeetech a10 with the 3dtouch sensor two weeks ago.
yesterday i mounted the sensor on the printer.
then i donloaded the firmware files from this post.
next step was to upload the included "Marlin.ino.mega.hex" file on the printer.
first i try verts files ... then williams files
the upload works and now the printer display shows marlin 1.1.9 on startup, but i can not find the 3dtouch option in the menu.
- i noticed the z axis sensor led now constant glows red. is that the normal behavior ??
- now when i start "auto homing" the z-axis not travel to the z-axis endswitch anymore. it stops aprox 20cm over the endswitch.
if i select "auto homing" again, the z-axis travel a few steps up. the x and y axis work normal.is that the normal behavior with 3dtouch sensor
connected ??
- is there a instruction how to wire the 3dtouch sensor on the printer head ??
thanks for your work
best regards
woodgee
