Help A10M newly assembled

Hi Guys,
I just finished assembling the new A10M (dual extruder, no auto leveling) that I have received today, and I was successful able to print the "dog" that was provided with the stock SD card.

After that, I don't know for which reason, I just turned the printer off and then on, the printer is not recognizing any gcode (including the dog that I was able to print before). In particular, with any gcode that I provide to the printer, stock gcode, or a gcode created by me, the printer is behaving very strange and is printing lines randomly even outside the hot bed, without any sense! In other cases is just holding a position, extruding infinite material.
I have also tried changing the sd card but with no luck.

I really don't know what to do, i suppose there is a problem with the motherboard, or with the firmware. What do you suggest me to do? I think that I could try to reflash the firmware, but I don't know if that could help, and I also don't know where I can find the stock firmware and how to flash it (via USB? Or I need some particular accessory?). I even don't know the reason why the printer suddenly started behaving in this way!

Please help. Thank you!

Hello
I have tried reflashing the stock firmware 1.8 with no luck. After that I tried with the firmware at the link you sent me (1.8.5) but still no luck. The printer is responding to all commands but when printing is printing randomly across and outside the hot bed :(

I am thinking that the issue could be the motherboard or the additional circuit that is near to the extruders.

Hello,

Switch on the printer with the SD card already inserted.

Check also the flat cable connection under the LCD

Hope it helps

Hello the problem was the connector of the x axis. I opene the motherboard box, then I have removed the cable, cleaned it, and reattached.
Now is working =)
