I've got the "new" A10 like @T3ste, with filament sensor and I have a question :

When I turn ON the printer, the fan of the PSU don't start, and even when I PreHeat it doesn't start.

Normal or not ?

If the PSU has a better fan speed controller, it may be a natural phenomenon.

In this case, the fan should switch on when the electronics of the PSU starts to heat up.
It is worth to do a test and observe this situation.

Otherwise, it may also indicate a malfunction.

As stated above, the fans are intended to only come on when the PSU gets to a certain temperature. Its normal for them to not run constantly.

The PSU for A10 use the thermistor to detect the temp of the PSU.
When the temp of PSU up to the point,the cooling fan will work.
I think it is a good idea for that, it is silence for your printer.
