Have come from a Dual CTC 3d printer to the A10 and for the life of me am stumped
When I try to print when it gets to about the 3-4 layer it the next layer is printed nearl a centimeter towards the rear of the last layer..(see photos to understand better)
And the print is so messy it is useless(again see photos) if you look you will see a screen shot of what it should look like...
Anyway ideas what the hecks going on folks or shoyuld I just get rid of the damn thing?

FOUND THE ISSUE
it was set at 250% material flow in the app!!!!!!!!!! how do you change this setting as everytime I open easyprint 3d (pc or android) it's reset to 250%

I'm not sure how to save the value. But I would suggest switching programs to either Cura or Slic3r. Here is a video to get you started with Cura settings:

You can use the M92 change the extruder motor step.
Or you can use the slic3r slice then you can compare them.

It looks like your pushing too much filament out. when it cools the nozzele drags and overloads the stepper motor and skipps steps.

I use both Slic3r and Cura 3.6. I use Cura the most but Slic can separate and cut parts, Rotate but not flip parts. Also Cura can Scale each axis separately.
