Hello,

I'm having an issue with my A10M not retracting on one of the filaments. Have not checked if both are having the same issue, but I do recall the other retracting previously. Using the menu to control the motion also fails to retract. I can run it forward as much as I want, but it will not run reverse. Is this likely a firmware issue, a board issue, or a motor issue?

This problem may be due to incorrect configuration, or no contacts electrical in the stepstick module socket . And other minor problems.
You have to rule out all possibilities one by one.
