Pay for 30 min of live help to get A10 working?

Hello,

looking for help getting the A10 working.

Game to pay somebody for 30 minutes of time to do an interactive video call.

Have it built, computer talking to printer. But stuck getting bed leveled and printing started.

The autohome -goes to 0 then starts vibrating a making a loud noise until using the emergency stop.

Print head also always hits board. Tightened leveling screws as far as they go.

Maybe a bug in printer or user error.

My bed was too far, so I changed the factory position of the Z-Axis EndStop. Now it is slighty down (about 5 mm).
You should do the opposite, move up

1, Check if the Z endstop wiring loose or not.
