Hi
Our friends from the Far East have a holiday break and do not work.
In addition, there are few users who want to help the less experienced.
And believe me on the word. very irritating are the questions asked over and over again by novices, about the elementary foundations, which are often described in this forum.
It is enough to want to read to solve the problems.
There is also an additional difficulty. At the moment the forum is undergoing reconstruction and some of the content is not available.
But in some time this will change.
By the way, the basic feature of every 3D printer user is patience.
I suggest you read the forum regularly, and you may want to help other users solve their problems.
Then you will also see what I wrote above.

Your choice.
I am also a customer, and I understand you exactly.
As proof of this, read a subforum about my printer.
Unfortunately, I do not share your opinion, because it is not an art to demand from others.

Looking at your posts it looks like you got answers on most of them.

At least the schematic of the board is available, don't know what you need more.

A printer for less than 200€. Make the math, how should it be possible to pay a full time engineer for technical support from the small profit you get from this? Of course, if you buy the real prusa mk3 for >1000€ then you can expect support.

1. That's what u call answers? At least the answers came from myself for others who have similar or the same problems/questions. (Took me hours to find out em)
2. Where is the schematic? Can't find it. Stop bluffing and post a link. That would help.
3. Product is product and... Every customer of today is a customer of tomorrow, right? Support should be on all price classes. That's not how to treat customers.

With a bit of interest you would find an answer on the forum.
I close the topic because the discussion becomes useless.
