Looking at your posts it looks like you got answers on most of them.
At least the schematic of the board is available, don't know what you need more.
A printer for less than 200€. Make the math, how should it be possible to pay a full time engineer for technical support from the small profit you get from this? Of course, if you buy the real prusa mk3 for >1000€ then you can expect support.

1. That's what u call answers? At least the answers came from myself for others who have similar or the same problems/questions. (Took me hours to find out em)

3. Product is product and... Every customer of today is a customer of tomorrow, right? Support should be on all price classes. That's not how to treat customers.
