I have received one of these defective A10. The aluminum profile of the guide of the base plate has a dent or notches. The rolls stay about every 7cm.
It is not my job to rebuild that somehow. Is there a corresponding spare part or should I send the goods back, is there proportionate money back?
I got mine Printer over ebay seller from Czech.

doesn't matters if there is a light there. The important is the bed.
I notice le screw on left are not perpendicular.
You have to adjust these left side screw to be perpendicular, and after the right screw and set up with eccentrical

you can write it thousand time, but there is nothing to adjust
the drill hole for the wheel axis are misplaced several Millimeter
if i tighten it the bed slide plate is mor like a bow, but not plane
in result the the for adjusting screws for bed Level are Standing more and more non vertical
---------- heatbed
/ \ screws
--------------- slider plate
here i can Show the result of hole fail construction, a build precision i can get when cutting part from Hand by myself

Hi
You have to remember one thing.
Manual movement of the mechanisms is very dangerous for electronics,
even when the power supply is switched off.

the next joke i found yesterday after installing all, that the Extruder end stop is too far away on the left side
so Auto Zero will place the Extruder left besides the bed (5mm +/-)
you can´t Mount the endstop more right, because it is fixed on a plate from stepper motor
so only solution i can do is to place a spacer between endstop Switch and the Extruder carrier to Bridge 5mm+/-
so from that what i have compred on YouTube i got the crappiest a10 pinter for now
These hole supporters from YouTube which got These Printer for free or other Special condition should be shame themself
they got Special checked and best made Printers for Promotion
but the normal user got frustrating fail production?

and how did you Level your bed?
and know the fact, but manuel say: Switch on, go to menue, disable stepper, and adjust bed on several Points....
better you tell this manufacturer, that they add a kill Switch for the stepper power line for leveling procedure?
