So what was wrong with the software?

Thanks William. Just updated it with A10M_G05_V1.1.8_16.hex , but no changes. Still have the same issue.

Also, I've noticed that the bed does not heat in the front position.

The printer was purchased less than a month ago, should I go technical support?

UPD. Just measured the bed thermistors, if I am right it is 687 Ohm.

According to the video, it may be that the hot bed is not in good contact with the motherboard.
I suggest you check the connection.

Twicked all the conections and have tightened all four screws. Everything looks fine. But the problem is still here.
What is next? Should i replace the wires?

If you can't see it, you can contact the salesperson on the purchase platform to replace the hotbed.
