Problème de décalages en Z.

Post by nyckel59 » Mon Apr 15, 2019 3:00 pm

Sorry,my french is poor>

For the Y axis layer shift.
You need to check the motor overheating or not at first.
Then you can know if the vref of the a4988 too high.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

Z axis loosing steps problem

Post by Jarda3d » Tue Apr 23, 2019 6:37 am

Today I was discover problem with loosing steps on Z axis. About 0.5 to 2% of height loss without any bad layer effects.

The touching to Vref is last step, not the f1rst.

1. For Z - clean Z axis shaft and the brass thing too in petrol and then use lithium vaseline. Here could be tiny plastic particles which blocks movement. For X,Y axis use dip of oil to all bearings and check all bearings for smooth movement.
2. clean stepper motor inside, here could ne some big dirts from factory.
3. try to change Jerk speed settings to higher values
4. use stepper filter addon board https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Motor-D ... 24300.html
5.if all above did not help, touch the Vref.

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.
