Profile A10M Simplify 3D Problem

Hello.
I bought a Geeetech A10M (double extrude). I printed the file provided on card sd ... no worries. My problem is: no profile available for simplify 3D. On their site it mentions that it is compatible but I did not find anything and technical support simplify 3d does not answer me! If anyone can help me it would be nice!
