That nozzle should be screwed right in you should not see any of the thread. Make sure you remove the filament as you will end up with it all over your threads making it harder to get in. Heat it up to 10c more than you plan to print with as stated 220 is good. Keep it heated as the heat will help you remove the gunk do not over tighten as you will shear the nozzle in half. Should be a snug fit.

Damnit I managed to break the nozzle and bent the extruder block see attached picture
I also notized that the fan og the left site of the extruder was on all the time, is that normal?

Check the FAQ of the A10, then you need a new nozzle.
1.Heating the hotend to 220C, clean it by yourself.
2.Replace the old one.

as for the fans inside the cage they are meant to be on all the time to keep the upper parts of the print head cool from the heater block.. you would not want your filament turning to mush before it hits the heater block and nozzle...

New printer head in place the new one is not leaking.
I will order a spare head for next time I have to replace the nozzle..
