PLA extrusion

my printer has a problem because the PLA flow with difficulty. When the job starts the the extruder move for 15-20 cm flowing nothing, then starts to flow the PLA but not with continuity, then the print fails.
The plate il 60°, the extruder 200°, and I used the parameter of the user manual for the speed, slower to the defalut parameter of the slicer slic3r.
Did someone have the same problem?

Yes, I had this issue. On the left side of the printer there is an extruder feeder. That is a small stepper motor with a gear .

What happened to me is that the little gear has 1.5 mm set screws to hold it in place. These were loose and allowed the gear to slip causing incomplete feeding. Eventually, the gear fell all the way down and it stopped feeding altogether.
The filament should engage with the gear and the idler wheel. If not, it is very easy to take apart and put back together. There are YouTube videos you can watch.

Once I got that fixed...It prints like a champ. Although I did reduce filament temperature to 190 to reduce stringing! Temps for you may be different though.

What kind of feeder is that?My is not the same? And that screw inside the spring?

It is just a similar one for MK8. I used that one because I could not find a picture of one that looked like the one on the A10 that wasn't "exploded". I wanted the overhead view.

Oh, the screw by the spring would allow you to adjust the spring tension. Should make the feed more controllable.
