Geeetech A10M

So, I am successfully printing stuff in 3d with my Ender 3 since late June this year and I am still having a blast, and stumbled across some videos about water solvable PLA and the A10M. Does anyone have experience with this sort of printing? Can you improve the overall quality of prints that way, especially considering the underside of prints, where they have to be supported? I assume, since the A10M has only one nozzle both PLA's need to have the same melting point, so different manufactures are mostly out of question. And how difficult is it to set up the files for the printer (using Cura for example) as compared to normal prints. If anyone can point me into a useful direction regarding this matter, somehow my google searches came up with almost nothing.
