problems setting up 3d touch

Just added the 3d touch sensor to my A10. I disconnected the z axis stopper but now i cant get bed close enough to the hot end.When the sensor operates it stops the hot end from getting close enough to the bed. Ive adjusted showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/ the sensor up and down. When i try to move the z axis lower via the lcd box it can only go to zero and not into minus which it seems where it needs to be
Can anyone give me an insight to what i need to do ?
