Geeetech A10 parts supply chain

I recently purchased a Geeetech A10 on eBay. The vendor sent me a box of misc parts.
Which does not even come close to making a printer. I have contacted them to no avail and expect I will be forced to open a case on the issue.

What I need is manual with a parts list with part numbers and a contact to order said parts.
I am very disappointed that I did not get what I had ordered. Is this normal for Geeetech products?

I'm sorry for the bad experience you had when you bought Greeetech products on ebay, if you can explain more clearly to Greeetech customer care, I think it will be resolved soon bubble shooter
