Second extruder not working

Hi i am new on 3d printing and i bought geeetech 10m mix color)i try print with the 2nd extruder (repetier, cura) but i cant. I used settings that i I found on utube but nothing. (Temp too low on the printer). Can you help me?

Hello, you can exchange the E0 and E1 extruder cables for simple troubleshooting to see if it is the problem of the motor itself or the problem on the motherboard.
If it is a problem with parts, please contact geeetech official through ticket, they will send you replacement parts.
