Baby-Z step not registering

Hello All!!
Thank you for helping and your advice. I have unboxed and set up my printer and have completed successful prints on my A10 printer. The problem is that my baby-z step does not work. I have exhausted all options on the LCD screen. It does not move at any stage. Before print, during, etc. I have no clue as to what to do to get my gosh dang baby-z to move... I recently bought a 3D bltouch sensor and I won't be able to st it up properly if my baby-z doesn't work.
