Hello,
The extruder step motor moves back and forth, but the filament does not advance.
Disassembled, the motor shaft moves smoothly.
I have exchanged it Speed Test essay writer for the one on the Y-axis but the problem persists.
For this reason, no filament comes out and I cannot print.

Hi!
The hotend is clogged, you should clean the throat and assebmle or clean new nozzle.
Just yesterday i've got this problem with petg, removed the nozzle with new one and all is ok!

I have almost the same problem: my printer cannot extrude well. I had to change the hotend because I mashed the nozzle trying to get it out and I failed.
If the problem is the extrusion of the filament without being in the hotend, the problem may be the spring of the gear that pulls the filament, it is the same that is triggered when you pull the lever to place the filament in the extruder. It may be too tight or too loose. If you look at the left side of the extruder, you will see a screw. Use it to adjust the spring.

If it isn't a clog then you need to calibrate the amount being pushed through the extruder. https://all3dp.com/2/extruder-calibrati ... y-steps-2/
