Geeetech A10 LCD artefacts.

Post by cr4shydlo » Fri Jun 12, 2020 4:56 am

Hello. From time to time strange artifacts appear on the display, and I have to restart the printer because I can't do anything else.
Firmware is the last of my page.
Has anyone had such problems?

Hi,it may be that the screen has received interference. It is recommended not to place items with strong electromagnetic interference capabilities next to the printer.

since V3.1, the screen of my A10M gets interferences very easily. the V3.0 did not have this problem. V4.0 has it as well for me. (the common point seems the new cable for LCD screen)
the insulation of the screen+SD card cable seems weird, it is not connected to GRD making it probably inefficient.
