After waiting ages for my printer (A10M) to arrive - over a month, it came with a EU plug. I bought a 2 pin to 3 pin adaptor

I turned on, the LCD flashed very briefly, but no lights, no fan, almost as though the motherboard has no power.
The PSU is on, and the red light on the power switch.
I have checked connections as far as I can see - please urgently help
Absolutely gutted and don't know how to even go about getting support.

Hi，if no 3 lights on the mainboard are on after the power is turned on, the mainboard is broken.
