Update a10m marlin bl touch - motherboard

Hello
I want to install a bl touch and put in French

when i run marlin 1.1.18 bltouch, the motherboard is a gt2560 v3.

I have a gt2560 v4, I don't know if I should modify the "define board" parameter to rev a or rev a +.

are there other parameters to modify?
