3D TOUCH

Scusate ma non parlo inglese.
prima di tutto un augurio a tutti.
la mia A10 monta una scheda GT2560 V3
ho montato il 3Dtouch
collegato cavi su connettori sopra estrusore
scaricato firmware da sito geeetech
caricato firmware su stampante usando programma CURA
provato calibratura piatto
assi X e Y si portano al centro del piatto
asse Z inizia a scendere e batte forte contro il piatto e il motore continua a tirare la cinghia
per evitare danni sono obbligato a spegnere la stampate
Cosa posso fare per risolvere il problema ?

Hi, You can remove your z-axis limit switch,
Then place an item on the hot bed, and when 3d touch calibrates,
See if the probe can move up and down normally.
If not, the 3d touch itself may be damaged.

anche se non capisco perché togliere il finecorsa z quando un problema è proprio lo z che vuole abbassarsi troppo.
