Hi, Is it the sound of the cooling fan on the motherboard?
Can you provide specific videos?

Yes, it working but im talking about the noise. Not exactly from fan when it cooling. But the noise when the fan controlled by PWM at low values 0-38 does not rotate but makes a sound from the pulse frequency of the PWM.

Hi, I find this:
When the PWM pulse is turned on, the fan torque will change step by step, and the curve of the change process matches the rise time of the PWM pulse.

Shock torque is considered noise by the fan structure.

The lower the PWM duty cycle, the greater the percentage of time the fan is stopped (quiet), so the noise caused by the PWM signal becomes more obvious.
