printing problem A10

Post by celass78 » Fri Dec 06, 2019 2:18 am

I am new to 3D printing despite the help of a connoisseur and tutorials I can not find a solution ... the brim is not a plate but filaments that stick almost between them.
Then in the rooms we see a lot of holes, the layers are not compact.
I had my printer A10 last Friday, received badly and a lot of play in the paten but she printed the evening. The next day after the adjustments it always makes me the same problem and I seek for 6 days I try different leveling of the bed, different speeds, thicknesses, repetier profile host. please help me (the plateau is not super plan). (sorry for the mistakes it's google translation)

Bed leveling should do in "hot state". So preheat it for about 15 mins together with extruder adn then do bed leveling.

Calibrate extruder steps

Try it again

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.
