I had the same Problem with a new Nozzle 0,4mm,
instead 45-001-0114 , i took 45-005-0114 (MK8)
I adjust the amount of the filament from 100 to 250.
OK

Did you know, what you are doing? If you will continue with similar changes, your printer should be fall to state, from which you did not bring it alive again.

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.
