Print stops part way

Hi, Does the screen light up when printing stops? Is it completely black or is the backlight showing two lines of black blocks?
You can try to restart the printer or refresh the firmware.

Hi,
I am facing similar problem and the display is showing two lines of black blocks as seen in the enclosed picture.
My Geeetech A10 was working ok. I stopped a print job and turned the printer off.
Later, when I turned it on it does´t start, and the display shows nothing, as you can see on the image.

Any hint on how can I make it come back to life?
Any help will be much apreciated!

Hi, Did it stop in the middle of printing? \
You can 1. Reconnect the screen cable;
2. If you reconnect the screen line or the above picture, you can try to refresh the firmware.

Hi Willam, It didn´t stop in the middle of printing. I was printing something and I canceled the job. Then I selected auto home and then I turned the printer off, everything as usual without any issue.
One hour later, when I turned the printer on I found this behaviour. (the display shows two lines of black blocks).

I think I will try to refresh the firmware. Can you tell me how should I proceed?
I think we are discussing this on topic 100882. Maybe is good to continue there.

Hi，You can try to reconnect the screen cable. Poor contact may cause this to happen.
