Lines inside 3d text

Hello,
Anyone knows how to avoid printing the first layer or to avoid the infill in the first layer with Repetier/Cura?
I am unsing an Geeetech A10 and I need to get rid of the lines inside the text. As seen in the screenshot before slicing is ok but after slice lines appear inside the letters in text.

Any hint is much appreciated!

Hi, Do you mean is it a word that wants to be hollowed out?

Hi, It seems to be related to the model itself, and the model itself seems to show this.
