I just wanted to post a few picks of this beast now that I have tamed her. They were all printed on the Geeetech A10M.

Re: A10m Pausing at Purge tower.
I have included a photo of the OmNom with the prime tower.
The prime tower has a white ring between the two green ring all the way down to the first layer, but the OmNom is green for the first many layers. So I don’t quite get why the tower isn’t all green for the bottom layers.
By the way I think that after I got the bed leveled correctly and a more solod prime tower that gives me a more distinct shift between colors, the A10M is a very solid printer.

Re: A10m Pausing at Purge tower.
Thanks for the max Z speed trick. I was also in a similar boat since months, wondering what could cause that pause. I would never had think about this !
I made a quick try and it seems to solve it !!
Next step is to find how to make working gcode m211 (disable soft stop) to allow using a purge bucket instead of using a prime tower.
I tried this : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3362680
But M211 does not seem to work...
