Bed not flat

Post by bttd » Tue Apr 30, 2019 7:49 pm

Hi guys!

I'm working on my bed leveling a lot, but I'm unable to achieve the perfect first layer.
I think, my bed not perfectly flat or the wheels won't run perfectly.
The middle is too close and the sides too far. How can I adjust it?

Hi,
I had measured my superplate.
The one I have is very uneven. +02 mm / -0.4 mm
I threw them away and mounted a milled 8 mm aluminum plate with thermal grease on the heating bed.

Now it is perfect

Hello everyone,

i have the same issue, my buildplate is just impossible to level : the middle of the plate is lower than the corner!
Two month and i struggled without being able to perform any print as good as my fist one,of half the price.
The problem is i am not even sur if i order a new one it will be well manufactured this time!
However i heard so much good feedback on this product i do not want to discard and go back to good old aluminium stuff...
