So do all 2020 Macbooks have problems with overheating?

I'm trying to decide what macbook i should get for audio recording, office work, browsing, Netflix and Youtube.

After spending the last days reading through forums and reddit and whatnot i'm still confused.

Does the 2020 13 inch MBP have the same problems with overheating as the 2020 MBA?

A bunch of people say that all the Airs should be avoided because of very bad thermal performance and that the Pro is the better choice. Then i read so many times that the Pro is just as bad as the Air regarding overheating and it should be avoided as well.

So is there a new 13 inch Macbook thats safe or not? And what could be an alternative?
