Bed is not flat, what are the options?

My MeCreator2 is new - arrived yesterday.

When leveling the bed, I noticed that the bed is a bit bulged in the center compared to the corners. There is about 0.5mm raise in the center. I am not sure if this is within the accepted parameters, or the bed requires change.

Just to clarify: MeCreator2 bed is Aluminum with heater PCB.

Hi, you can try removing the hot bed to see if the hot bed is flat. If the bump is uneven, you can contact your sales to replace it.
