Changing heatbed dimensions

Hey everyone,

I modified my printer and upgraded to a bigger heatbed. However, the maximum dimensions of the heatbed seem to be set in the firmware of the printer: It is not possible to move out of the original dimensions of the heatbed. The printer just stops. Regards manual control and generated g-code.

Is there a way I can update the printer to bigger heatbed dimensions?
