All stepper motors not working

Got the DIY-kit by Amazon, assembled following step-by-step the online instructions.
At start the fans work, the led onboard is on, the software (easyprint) can connect and see the printer BUT no move is possible, nor any sound from the stepper motors.
I checked the voltage on the driver board: was under 0,5V, adjusted to 0,85V approx.
The LDC after boot displays the welcome message and temperatures at 20°C.
Read all the FAQ but nothing .. only, I didn't check the firmware.
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

Hi William,
could work on the printer in the weekend only.
Partially solved the stepper motor issue: using the LCD control panel I tested cables and motors and finally found that Y axis and Z axis were OK. The issue about the X axis was the motor driver board mounted on the 2nd extruder port instead of the X-Axis port.
Now all the motors move at the command from the control panel.
The issue using Easy Print 3D remains.
I noticed a second issue about Z-axis: the right Z-axis motor often stops while the other on the left is still working, I think this is due to mechanical issues from the threaded rod. But I don't know how to fix it. Maybe searching again in the forum FAQ I'll get an idea.
Thank you for your patience

Yes, you have to pay attention to the complex mechanism of the Z-axis. Any deviation from the geometry causes problems with the drive.

Well, finally I got it working.
Fixed the Z-axis issue with a good&old WD40 spray
Improved communication between the PC and the printer updating Easy Print 3D to latest version.
And it works, thank you all!
