The printer makes objects 5 times higher

Good evening, I've assembled the printer and I've made many successful objects, except for one detail: they're 5 times higher than the stl model.
It's precisely 5 times higher, right dimensions in X and Y axis, 3/2 the time supposed by easyprint.
To "fix" the problem I've reduced the files to 1/5 of the original highness, and I obtain what I want..
But: crushing the file I lose many details, so till now I avoid making things that need high resolution.
Do you know what could be the problem?

You need to check the rod type of yours
1.For T8 rod ,400 step for it is correct
M8 is 2560
2.Try to replace the A4988 of Z axis

You’re right, it’s a T8 rod (even though the instructions refer to M8 rods and nuts).
Do I need to contact the seller for a substitution or there is a method to tell to Easyprint/the printer that the rod is T and not M?
Thank you for the answer!

Hello.
You need to make the appropriate
configuration.
And I know that you don't read the forum.

1.Download the firmware
2.Open the configuration.h
find the "#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 80.3, 80.8, 2560, 93 }"
then you can change the 2560 to 400
Upload the firmware via Arduino 1.0.1
