You'd better check the PSU output voltage normal or not(12V)
It seems the PSU doesn't work.

Does the control panel light up? If so, can you control the printer with it? You should be able to do that even with the computer disconnected.

axman - when the printer is properly built and powered on, the LEDs on the controller board should light up.
