I built it per docs and per videos online. I initially had some issues with the Z axis not working but following the instructions in the other post I got that sorted out. With everything working as expected.. I Leveled the bed and sliced the 20 mm calibration cube. I tried in easyprint 3d, repitier host and from the sd card to print. Each one has the same outcome. It starts to print fair(I know still needs some tweaks) does about 1/3rd of the first layer then shifts to the right and prints the next layer and does the same thing and repeats this about 3 times (the Z axis continues to rise) and then shifts about 80 mm left and starts the process again to the right. Here is a video:

I ran the G-Code through a print simulator just to verify it sliced properly and it prints perfectly in the simulator. It seems that somewhere between the SD Card (or software) and the main board communications gets all messed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. hehe my wife is already not happy wiht how much time I have put into building and testing :)

The picture of it on the bed im not sure what happened there it decided to not center. But that is all worked out when I reset the Home points.

1.Check the temp of your setting
You should ensure the setting is correct
PLA:180~220C
2.Clean the nozzle and then test it again
3.Increase the voltage of the A4988
