GT2560 A+: Marlin 1.1.9 with BLTouch and TMC2208

Hello,
i have installed the TMC2208 on my GT2560 Rev A+ and want to update to the newest Marlin Firmware (1.1.9).
My problem is structure of Marlin has change i do not know where and how to set the correct pins and settings for BLTouch and the TMC2208.

Can someone tell exactly how to configure Marlin 1.1.9 for my I3 Pro W with the GT2560 A+ board and working BLTouch and TMC2208 (StealthChop mode)?
It would be better if someone upload the finished firmware.
