Pro W Z axis problem

So every time I auto home, the z axis goes to a completely different position. When I try to home just the Z axis, it’s raises it by 2.2mm each time I press it. I’m fairly positive that the issue is firmware related but each time I try and update it or go to an older version I get different results. Any help on what I’ve done wrong?

you have to open the firmware from arduino 1.0.1 and load it on the printer.
