I have upgraded my i3 Pro W to i3 Pro C(Dual extruders and motors a la Bowden style) I used Marlin latest 1.1.8 firmware and wrote the changes my self. (So fa so good) but i cannot get the 5:th motor to run when i try to extrackt PLA @190c :-( Heater ok nozzle ok, motor is from Geeetec (Nema 14 is the size) I have only tried with Simplify3D(and did all the settings there too for Extx2. Anyone have an idea what i have missed in the code:configuration.h ?? Thank you in advance.

If it allowed,you can upload the configuration.h file, configuration_adv.h and pins.h

I was looking at my single extruder today thinking about doing something similar. You didn't mention it in your post but I assume you have added the additional stepper driver required to the GT29560A+ and set its voltage to something suitable? What happens when you swap extruder 1 and extruder 2 cables?
